Did you ever stop and wonder how come you exist? Did you ever wonder how awesome your body is build up? We are over and over again just fascinated about our bodies: When we can just relax we can hear our own breath and some times even our own heart beating. Then if we want to, we can just decide that we want to move our foot – and it starts moving and somehow I need to think about remote control; how is my foot down there moving the way I want it? When I concentrate on my body like this I get more and more fascinated and excited.

Too often we take life for granted in a hectic world. We rush through life and we do not take the moment to enjoy the beauty around us. Today we want to focus on the beauty of our earthly vessels – our bodies. Surely we live in a fallen world and we have hurts and sicknesses. Nevertheless, when you pay close attention to your body you will discover that it is extremely unlikely that you are an accidental product through evolution.

Your body reflects the ingenuity of a higher intelligence – the giver of life.

The Bible says in Psalm 139 13 & 14:

For you created my inmost being;

you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

your works are wonderful,

I know that full well.

God gave you the miracle of  life and he wants you to have it abundantly and overflowing. It starts with you recognizing who you are and who HE is.
